Tokyo · Three practices, one standard

Built for peace of mind: in code, in CRM, and in the home you choose.

Anshin Sumai works across IT consulting & product development, Salesforce delivery, and residential real estate. Different disciplines, one bar: things that work quietly and hold up under real use.

Where the name comes from

Anshin means peace of mind. Sumai means a place to live.

The company began as a real estate practice built on a simple promise: give people a home they can trust, with no fine print they didn't understand. We carried the same promise into technology, because a CRM your team doesn't trust, or a system that breaks under real load, causes the same quiet anxiety as a bad lease.

Today the three practices operate independently, with their own clients and their own specialists, but they answer to the same review: would we be comfortable if this were our own home, our own data, our own business running on it?

What carries across all three practices

Plain-language documentation No hidden costs mid-project Someone accountable you can actually reach Built to be maintained, not just shipped Bilingual delivery: Japanese & English

In practice

The same standard, applied three different ways

MDS Vault

Built first to protect our own real estate contracts and tenant records, MDS Vault is now a standalone document and data vault, built on React and backed by AWS, that we offer to other businesses that need the same discipline.

Maison Du Sky Tree

A residential property client whose leasing and guest operations we moved onto Salesforce: one system for inquiries, contracts and maintenance requests instead of three disconnected spreadsheets.

Property services, done in-house

Our own real estate team uses the same Salesforce and MDS Vault our consulting clients get, two separate systems working side by side, so recommendations come from what we actually run, not just what we sell.
