Pricing
Accommodation Rates
Rates for each property or room are as shown on the booking site and on the booking confirmation screen. Rates include consumption tax.
Minimum Stay
3 nights or more. May vary by property.
Payment Processing Fee
Credit card processing fee: 3.6% of the accommodation charge. This fee is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Payment Timing
Charged immediately upon completing a booking. No payment is required at check-in.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Fees
- Up to the day before check-in: Free
- Day of check-in: 100% of the accommodation charge
- No-show: 100% of the accommodation charge
Refund Method
Refunds for credit card payments are issued to the original card. Processing may take approximately 5-10 business days.
Non-refundable
The payment processing fee (3.6%) is not refunded upon cancellation.
Example: for a ¥10,000 booking, the refund amount is ¥9,640 (the ¥360 fee is not refunded).
Important Notice
- The payment processing fee (3.6%) is not refunded upon cancellation.
- Refunds apply to the accommodation charge only and do not include the processing fee.
- If a stay becomes impossible due to a natural disaster or other force majeure, a full refund will be issued, including the processing fee.
Service Delivery
Booking Confirmation
Confirmed immediately upon completion of payment. A confirmation email is sent automatically.
Check-in
Check-in information is sent by email after booking confirmation. We use a self-check-in system.
Handling of Personal Information
Our Policy
We manage customer personal information appropriately and do not disclose or provide it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

- Name, email address, phone number
- Stay dates and number of guests
- Payment information (not retained by us; managed by our payment processor)

- Booking confirmation and delivery of the accommodation service
- Responding to inquiries
- Statistical analysis for service improvement

Hotel Business Act License
Each property holds a license under Japan's Hotel Business Act (Ryokan Gyo Ho). License number: 7墨衛生環第663号
Disclaimer
- In the event of an inability to stay due to natural disaster, war, riot, civil unrest, or other force majeure, a full refund will be issued.
- If a guest wishes to change their stay dates for personal reasons, they must cancel and rebook.
- If a stay becomes impossible due to facility or equipment failure, a full refund or an alternative property will be arranged.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
