One company, three practices, one bar for the work

Anshin Sumai started in Tokyo real estate. Technology followed, not as a pivot away from that, but as the same promise applied to a different kind of home: the systems a business lives in.

Origin

Why a real estate company also does Salesforce work

The honest answer: because we needed to. Running a real estate practice properly meant tracking leases, licensing paperwork, and tenant records somewhere more reliable than spreadsheets, so we built that on Salesforce, and built MDS Vault as a separate, standalone platform to hold the sensitive documents behind it.

Once that system existed, other businesses with the same problem started asking us to build it for them. That's the IT consulting and Salesforce practices, in short: capability we built to solve our own problem, offered out because it turned out to be useful to more than just us.

The three practices are staffed separately and run as distinct teams with their own specialists, a Salesforce implementation and a property viewing require genuinely different skills. What they share is a name that means something to us: anshin, peace of mind, and a refusal to hand off work we wouldn't be comfortable depending on ourselves.

How we work

A few things that stay true across every engagement

Plain language, always

Contracts, proposals, and technical documentation written for the person who has to act on them, not written to impress, or to obscure a cost.

A person you can reach

Every engagement has a named point of contact from day one. No routing through a generic support inbox to find out who actually owns your work.

Built to outlast the handover

Documentation, training, and maintenance options included as standard, so what we build keeps working after our part of the project ends.

Where we work

Tokyo-based, bilingual by necessity

Our clients span Japanese businesses, international companies operating in Japan, and individuals navigating Tokyo real estate for the first time, which means every practice delivers comfortably in both Japanese and English, not as an add-on service but as how the team already works day to day.

Whichever practice brought you here, we'd like to hear what you're working on.
